Stamping With Lorita

Twin update! (finally, I know)

Well, the boys are doing great. They are 16 months, or 12.5 months adjusted. They saw their pediatrician last week and they were both 19lbs 1oz and just under 30 inches!

Matthew saw his cardiologist on Thursday and everything was good... back in 6 months. But we were very sad to hear that she is moving to Florida :(   She was so great with him... very caring and explained things well. We will miss you, Dr. Bernus!

And while we were there, we went up to the NICU to see if any of their nurses were working and both of their daytime primary nurses were there! We were happy to get a visit with Aime and Tracy.

Matthew is my talker... babbles all day long! Sometimes I think he speaks French... lol! Johnathan "talks" too, just not as much. He seems to talk more when Matthew is not in the room. Johnathan seems to pick up on the physical skills quicker/sooner than Matthew.

They are both crawling on hands & knees now, but still prefer the army crawl. They can pull up to stand and are starting to cruise just a little, while holding onto the couch or crib rail, etc. They have even taken a few steps while we hold their hands.

They still have their teacher here once a week and then we go to PT once a week also. We are so blessed to have so many wonderful people working with them.

Scrapbooking Workshop

Join us Thursday evening, May 28th at 6:30pm for a scrapbook workshop.

We will be creating twenty 6x6 pages using the Sunshine Garden Simply Scrappin' Kit. Cost is only $22 for the 20 pages. I only ask that you bring your own scissors and adhesive. All other materials will be provided. You don't need to bring pictures. We will leave space for them and you can add them later.

I will also offer 10% off any album for workshop attendees :)

Place is to be determined, but it will likely be at my home in Riverside, or possibly at Air Kids.

Robby is THREE! Happy B-day, Little Man!

Yep, Robby turned three on Wednesday! It's been a busy week. I feel bad I didn't get a post up on his b-day...

Just have a minute right now, so I'll post some new pics of him a little later, but here is a link to last year's b-day post with a timeline of pictures from his first two years.

He had a hair cut on Tuesday, so I'll be sure to include before & after pics again... Then, on his b-day, he had his 3-yr-old doc appt. He did so well! Especially after a whole hour in the waiting room :(
